Cappuccino
Ingredients:
- Espresso
- 2% milk by default, but can be modified to customer’s desired choice of milk.
To make a small cappuccino, use a ceramic cappuccino cup if ordered to stay or a 10 oz paper cup if ordered to go.
- Prep a standard steaming pitcher with 7 oz of milk.
- Pull a double short (2 oz) shot of espresso into your cup.
- Steam and aerate the milk to cappuccino texture at 65°C or 150°F.
- Pour your milk over the espresso into the cup and finish with latte art.
To make a medium cappuccino, use a ceramic latte bowl if ordered to stay or a 12 oz paper cup if ordered to go.
- Prep a standard steaming pitcher with 8 oz of milk.
- Pull a double long (3 oz) shot of espresso into your cup.
- Steam and aerate the milk to cappuccino texture at 65°C or 150°F.
- Pour your milk over the espresso into the cup and finish with latte art.
Note: Though not offered on the menu, a large cappuccino can be made for a customer by adding an additional long shot of espresso into a large (16 oz) cup or glass.
