Maple Pistachio Frappe

Making the Maple Pistachio Syrup, use the below syrup ratios:

  • ½ Monin Pistachio Syrup
  • ¼ Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Monin Vanilla Syrup

Making the 16 oz Maple Pistachio Frappe (if drink is to stay use a 16 oz glass)

  1. Fill up a 16 oz cup with ice (to the rim) and pour into a blender.
  2. Add 3 oz of cold milk to the blender.
  3. Add 3 pumps (3/4 oz) of maple pistachio syrup to the blender.
  4. Add 1/3 of a metric cup of frappe powder to the blender.
  5. Pull a double short shot espresso (2 oz) and add it to the blender.
  6. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  7. Pour the blended drink into the cup to finish the drink.
  8. Always offer a straw with this drink.
