Citrus Espresso Tonic
Ingredients:
- Balzac’s Espresso Blend
- Tonic Water
- Monin Blood Orange Syrup
Making the 16 oz Citrus Espresso Tonice (if ordered to stay, use a 16 oz glass)
- Fill a 16 oz plastic cup to the top of the Balzac’s logo with ice.
- Add 3 pumps (3/4 oz) of Monin Blood Orange syrup to the cup.
- Top the cup up with tonic water, leaving an inch of room at the top.
- Pull a double long espresso (3 oz) shot and pour over the tonic and Blood Orange syrup to create a layered effect.
Making the 20 oz Citrus Espresso Tonic (if ordered to stay, use a 20 oz glass)
- Fill a 20 oz cup to the top of the Balzac’s logo with ice.
- Add 4 pumps (1 oz) of Monin Blood Orange syrup to the cup.
- Top the cup up with tonic water, leaving an inch of room at the top.
- Pull a double long espresso shot (3 oz) and another single long espresso (1.5 oz) shot (split the second double long shot into two single shots).
- Pour the 3 long shots of espresso over the tonic water and Blood Orange syrup to create a layered effect.
