Iced Americano
Ingredients:
- Ice
- Espresso
- Water
To make an iced americano, use a 16 oz glass if ordered to stay or a 16 oz plastic cup if ordered to go.
- Fill up a 16 oz cup with ice (to the rim).
- Add cold flat water to the ice (just above the logo).
- Pull a double long espresso shot (3 oz) and pour into the cup with ice.
To make a 20 oz iced americano, use a 20 oz glass if ordered to stay or a 20 oz plastic cup if ordered to go.
- Fill up a 20 oz cup with ice (to the rim).
- Add cold flat water to the ice (just above the logo).
- Pull a four short shots (4 oz or 2 x double short) and pour into the cup with ice.
Note:
- If the drink is sweetened, add 1oz. of liquid sugar into the cup and mix.
- If milk is requested add 1.5 oz of cold milk and mix (add less water to the ice if milk is requested).
