Energy Infused Iced Teas

ENERGY INFUSED ELDERBERRY HIBISCUS UBE ICED TEA

Making the 16 oz Energy Infused Elderberry Hibiscus Ube Iced Tea (if drink is to stay, use a 16 oz glass).

  1. Fill a 16 oz plastic cup to the top of the Balzac’s logo with ice.
  2. Add 3 pumps (3/4 oz) of Monin Ube syrup.
  3. Add 2 pumps (1 oz) of the Monin Brilliance Natural Energy.
  4. Fill the cup with the cooled, steeped Elderberry Hibiscus tea nearly to the top of the cup. The syrup and iced tea should be separated in colour for presentation but can be mixed at the customer’s request.

Making the 20 oz Energy Infused Elderberry Hibiscus Ube Iced Tea (if drink is to stay, use a 20 oz glass).

  1. Fill a 20 oz plastic cup to the top of the Balzac’s logo with ice.
  2. Add 4 pumps (1 oz) of Monin Ube syrup.
  3. Add 3 pumps (1 & ½ oz) of the Monin Brilliance Natural Energy.
  4. Fill the cup with the cooled, steeped Elderberry Hibiscus tea nearly to the top of the cup. The syrup and iced tea should be separated in colour for presentation but can be mixed at the customer’s request.

ELDERBERRY HIBISCUS STEEPED TEA BASE RECIPE

  1. Add 5 bags of Genuine Elderberry Hibiscus Tea to a 2L jug.
  2. Fill the jug to the 2L mark with hot water from a tea tower.
  3. Let tea steep for 15 minutes and remove the tea bags from the jug.
  4. Mark the jug with an expiry of 2 weeks from the date it is made and store in the fridge for use.
  5. If tea base is needed quickly, only fill the jug to 1.5L, let steep for 15 minutes and then top up with ice to cool down.

Making the 16 oz Energy Infused Lemon Ginger Ube Iced Tea (if drink is to stay, use a 16 oz glass).

  1. Fill a 16 oz plastic cup to the top of the Balzac’s logo with ice.
  2. Add 3 pumps (3/4 oz) of Monin Ube syrup.
  3. Add 2 pumps (1 oz) of the Monin Brilliance Natural Energy.
