Iced Chai Latte

Iced Chai

Ingredients:

  • Chai Concentrate: Black tea*, cardamom*, black pepper*, cloves*, vanilla bean* and ginger*. After steeping this chai is filtered and sweetened with evaporated cane juice* and molasses* and then rounded off with a tiny but of lemon juice concentrate*. Kosher, Gluten Free. (* Organic).
  • 2% milk by default, but can be made with any alternative milk.
  • Ice

To make a 16 oz Iced Chai Latte, use a 16 oz glass if ordered to stay or a 16 oz paper cup if ordered to go.

  1. Fill a 16 oz cup ¾ of the way with ice.
  2. Prep a standard steaming pitcher with 9.5 oz of 2% milk (do not steam).
  3. Add 2.5 oz of chai concentrate to the pitcher and mix.
  4. Pour the mix into the cup to finish the drink.


To make a 20 oz Iced Chai Latte, use a 20 oz glass if ordered to stay or a 20 oz paper cup if ordered to go.

  1. Fill a 20 oz cup ¾ of the way with ice.
  2. Prep a standard steaming pitcher with 12.5 oz of 2% milk (do not steam).
  3. Add 3.5 oz of chai concentrate to the pitcher and mix.
  4. Pour the mix into the cup to finish the drink.


Notes:

  • The chai concentrate from Say When is caffeinated and contains sugar.
  • This drink is vegan if made with an alternative non-dairy milk.
