Iced Latte

Iced Latte

Ingredients:

  • Espresso
  • 2% milk by default, but can be made with any alternative milk.
  • Ice

To make a 16 oz Iced Latte, use a 16 oz glass if ordered to stay or a 16 oz plastic cup if ordered to go.

  1. Fill a 16 oz plastic cup to the top of the logo or ¾ of the way with ice.
  2. Add 10 oz of milk to the cup.
  3. Pull a double short espresso (2 oz) and pour it into the cup.
  4. If the drink is sweetened, add 3/4 oz of liquid sugar to the espresso and mix before pouring over the milk and ice.

To make a 20 oz Iced Latte, use a 20 oz glass if ordered to stay or a 20 oz plastic cup if ordered to go.

  1. Fill a 20 oz plastic cup to the top of the logo or ¾ of the way with ice.
  2. Add 13 oz of milk to the cup.
  3. Pull a double long espresso (3 oz) and pour it into the cup.
  4. If the drink is sweetened, add 1 oz of liquid sugar to the espresso and mix before pouring over the milk and ice.


Note:
When adding flavour syrup to this drink, add it to the espresso and mix before pouring onto the milk.
