Parisian Mist / London Fog
Earl Grey tea, vanilla syrup and steamed milk make up this rainy day favourite.
Ingredients:
- Genuine Cream of Earl Grey tea.
- 2% milk as default, but can be made with any alternative milk of the customer’s choosing.
- Monin vanilla syrup
To make a medium Parisian Mist, use a ceramic latte bowl if ordered to stay, or a 12 oz paper cup if ordered to go
- Prep a bag of cream of Earl Grey to a cup with 6 oz of hot water to steep the tea.
- Add 3 pumps (3/4 oz) of Vanilla Syrup to the steeping tea.
- Steam about 5 oz of milk to the standard temperature 65°C or 150°F.
- Pour milk into a cup to finish the drink.
To make a large Parisian Mist, use a 16 oz glass if ordered for here or a 16 oz cup if ordered to go
- Prep a bag of cream of Earl Grey to a cup with 8 oz of hot water to steep the tea.
- Add 4 pumps (1 oz) of Vanilla Syrup to the steeping tea.
- Steam about 7 oz of milk to the standard tem
perature 65°C or 150°F. - Pour milk into a cup to finish the drink.
Note: Customers may ask for this drink to be made without syrup in which case we charge for a regular Earl Grey Tea (large size by default) plus steamed milk.
