Sparkling Lemonades

Ingredients:

  • Lemon Juice
  • Monin Blueberry Puree
  • Monin Strawberry Puree
  • Monin Basil Concentrate
  • Monin Rose Syrup

Sparkling Lemonade Base Recipe

  1. Fill a soda stream bottle with water to the fill line marked on the bottle.
  2. Place the bottle into the soda stream and spritz the water using the double spritz button. Repeat this one more time.
  3. Add 2 ounces of fresh lemon juice to the soda stream bottle.
  4. Mark the bottle with an expiry of 1 week from the date it is made and store in the fridge for use.


BLUEBERRY BASIL SPARKLING LEMONADE RECIPE

Making the 16 oz Blueberry Basil Sparkling Lemonade (if drink is to stay, use a 20 oz glass)

  1. Fill a 16 oz plastic cup to the top of the Balzac’s logo with ice
  2. Fill the cup nearly to the top of the Balzac’s logo with sparkling lemonade base.
  3. Add 1 & 1/4 oz of the Monin Blueberry puree.
  4. Add 1 pump (3mL) of the Monin Basil concentrate.
  5. Stir to combine.

Making the 20 oz Blueberry Basil Sparkling Lemonade (if drink is to stay, use a 20 oz glass)

  1. Fill a 20 oz plastic cup to the top of the Balzac’s logo with ice.
  2. Fill the cup nearly to the top of the Balzac’s logo with sparkling lemonade base.
  3. Add 1 & 1/2 oz of the Monin Blueberry puree.
  4. Add 1 and 1/2 pump (4.5 mL) of the Monin Basil concentrate.
  5. Stir to combine.

STRAWBERRY ROSE SPARKLING LEMONADE RECIPE

Making the 16 oz Strawberry Rose Sparkling Lemonade (if drink is to stay, use a 16 oz glass)

  1. Fill a 16 oz plastic cup to the top of the Balzac’s logo with ice.
  2. Fill the cup nearly to the top of the Balzac’s logo with sparkling lemonade base.
  3. Add 1 & 1/4 oz of the Monin Strawberry puree.
  4. Add 1 pump (1/4 oz) of the Monin Rose syrup.
  5. Stir to combine.

Making the 20 oz Strawberry Rose Sparkling Lemonade (if drink is to stay, use a 20 oz glass)

  1. Fill a 20 oz plastic cup to the top of the Balzac’s logo with ice.
  2. Fill the cup nearly to the top of the Balzac’s logo with sparkling lemonade base.
  3. Add 1 & 1/2 oz of the Monin Strawberry puree.
  4. Add 2 pumps (1/2 oz) of the Monin Rose syrup.
  5. Stir to combine.
