White Chocolate Hazelnut Latte
Ingredients:
- Espresso
- 2% Milk
- Monin White Chocolate Syrup (Sugar, water, fructose, non-fat dairy milk, modified food starch, cocoa butter, milk fat and natural flavours.)
- Monin Hazelnut Syrup
To make the syrup mix to use in the drink, combine 1/2 Monin White Chocolate Sauce to 1/2 Monin Hazelnut Syrup.
To make a medium White Chocolate Hazelnut Latte, use a ceramic latte bowl if ordered to stay, or a 12 oz paper cup if ordered to go.
- Prep a standard steaming pitcher with 9 oz of 2% Milk.
- Add 1 oz white chocolate syrup mix or 1 pump (1/2 oz) of white chocolate sauce and 2 pumps (1/2 oz) of hazelnut syrup.
- Pull a double short espresso (2 oz) into a 12 oz cup.
- Steam the milk to standard temperature 65°C or 150°F with micro foam.
- Pour milk into the cup and finish with latte art.
To make a large White Chocolate Hazelnut Latte, use a 16 oz glass if ordered to stay, or a 16 oz cup if ordered to go.
- Prep a standard steaming pitcher with 11.5 oz of 2% milk.
- Add 1 and ½ oz of white chocolate mix or 1 1/2 pumps (3/4 oz) of white chocolate sauce and 3 pumps (3/4 oz) of hazelnut syrup.
- Pull a double long espresso (3 oz) into a 16 oz cup
- Steam the milk to standard temperature 65°C or 150°F with micro foam.
- Pour the milk into the cup and finish with latte art.
